Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

OPE Power (“OPE Power,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a website and lead-management platform for independent outdoor power equipment dealers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our admin platform, the dealer portal, dealer-facing websites we host, and our contact and intake forms.

1. Information We Collect

Dealer account information

Business details you provide when signing up or during onboarding, such as your business name, address, phone number, email, hours, branding, the equipment and services you offer, and the login credentials for your portal account.

Lead and contact form submissions

Information submitted by visitors through contact forms, quote requests, and other forms on dealer websites — typically a name, email address, phone number, and message. This data is collected on behalf of the dealer the visitor is contacting and is made available to that dealer through the portal.

Billing information

Subscription and payment details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We store limited billing references (such as a customer or subscription identifier and your plan tier) but do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Usage and technical data

Basic information generated as you and your site visitors use the platform, such as page views, site traffic, device and browser information, IP address, and activity logs used for security, troubleshooting, and analytics. Raw IP addresses captured during lead submission are automatically purged after 90 days or sooner once no longer needed.

2. How We Use Information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the platform and dealer websites.
  • To deliver lead and contact submissions to the relevant dealer and power CRM and lead-management features.
  • To send transactional notifications and emails, such as new-lead alerts and account updates.
  • To process subscriptions, payments, and billing through Stripe.
  • To provide optional AI-assisted features, such as content and design suggestions and AI voice services.
  • To monitor for security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the platform. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services and are subject to their own privacy policies:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Resend — sending transactional and notification emails.
  • PostgreSQL (Replit) — database hosting and storage of platform data.
  • Vercel — hosting and delivery of dealer-facing websites.
  • Anthropic — AI-assisted content and design features.
  • Vapi — AI voice services for the AI webmaster feature available on select plans.
  • Google (Places API) — address lookup and autocomplete during dealer onboarding.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as it is needed to provide the platform, maintain your account, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In particular:

  • Lead and contact form submissions are retained for two (2) years.
  • Usage and activity logs are retained for one (1) year.
  • Raw IP addresses captured during lead submission are purged within 90 days.

When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it. Dealers may request deletion of lead or account data as described below.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to ask a question about your data, contact us at support@opepower.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to data portability, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, and (for California residents) the right to know what personal information is sold or disclosed and to opt out of such sales. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@opepower.com.

6. Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

The platform is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
